Stéphane Zagdanski was born in Paris in 1963.

His work is constantly shaped by a meditation on the conflictual relationship between Word and Image.

His first personal exhibition, RARE, an autobiographical novel with a hundred calligraphy works, was held at the Eric Dupont gallery in 2016.

In 2018, he Modernism Gallery in San Francisco hosts a solo exhibition of the artist, Enjoyment of Time, gathering his recent drawings.
